Bittorent is problem! (Slow downloads)?

Hello i am downloading a 4gb file and it has many seeds, but it only goes up to 1-10 kbs, my downloads usually become like 100 kb/s or 200 but now it is only 1-10 kbs :( and also there is a CAUTION sign (Triangle with !) at the bottom right corner? How do i fix this problem? HELP PLEASE THANKS!
