Screen Size on wii...?

I've accidently sat on my wii control (my dog has also) many times. A few times after sitting on it (Mainly when watching a movie on Netflix) I noticed in the top left corner it said something about the size. What I'm thinking is I some how pressed a button changing the size, cause as Im watching this movie it is incredibly zoomed it. Ive pressed all the buttons on the remote but I cant figure out how to change it back. Anyone know what I keep pressing and how to fix it?
