What can you do if a landlord moves your stuff out of your room without letting you know?

I went down to mexico for 2 days for 4th of july weekend. I just got home, and discovered all my stuff was taken out of my room, and put in the living room. Now one of the other people that live here already moved into that room. He said that the landlord is the one that took it out. She had given me a verbal notice on june 5 to move out on june 30. There was never a lease signed but it became month to month. She knew I was going to be moving out on july 6 because I'm moving to vegas. She doesn't want to give back my deposit and says I owe money because its past the 1st of the month. I know I have 5 days to give her the money. She has always been going into my room with out any real reason. I've asked her to stay out because she still does it. She had beds in the room already, but ended up partly destroying the walls. Now she says in order for me to get my deposit back she will have to inspect the room for any damages. (note, The carpets where already semi dirty) Now I have no place to sleep other on the floor in the living room in the corner. What can I do???
