I bought a corner unit from dfs 2 months ago which was fine. I then decided I wanted the single chair to match. The sofa Had draylon seats with pillow backs and leather look arms. The chair arrived last Friday and the leather look arms looked totally different from the sofa, the sofa is Matt and the chair is shiney. We complained immediately and they sent someone to look. This person said that they would get it recovered but couldn't get a match. We want a refund but they refuse. Does anyone no our rights.
