Ramadan : What does this verse means?

Allaah can reincarnate our souls into different bodies. He can also transfigure the bodies we are in, such as the sabbath breakers who were turned into apes (2:65). We can be made into any of Allaah's creatures, from elephants and whales to snails, worms, flies, ants, and things even smaller. And we would have to eat the things those creatures eat.
