Feels like something is stuck in my eye?

For almost 3 weeks now it feels as if there is something stuck in the corner of my eye, there is a little bit of redness only because i keep blinking, no blurred vision, it feels "sticky"? no crust, none of that, i went to the eye dr when it first started, they found nothing but gave me some drops to put in my eye, i felt better for a few days then it returned, i cant find anything in there, but its sticky and feels like something is, like something goopy or a tiny hair, HELP please its super annoying!!!!!
