How to get my lost contact out of my eye?

i dont know why, but i cant take my contact lense out of my left eye. I needed to take it off to go swimming, but it wouldn't come off so i decided to jump in with it on and i cant take it off. I can feel it when i put my finger in my eye, but i only feel like half of it on my top corner of my eye and when i try to pinch it out it wont come out can anyone help i am really scared and need help!
