I found a mourning dove tucked in the corner of my porch. It was also accompanied by either a vicious poop or?

vomit. I have it in a cage inside my house, I'm not sure just what the injury is....the bird does not seem to have broken wings. It prefers to just sit in the corner. Any suggestions? I did purchase some dove feed at my local pet store.
