Yeah she's trying to make you jealous. She is trying to make you uncomfortable around your crush. She is also trying to make you feel beneath her by the way she is telling you what to do. I'd stop being friends with her and find some new ones, especially since what she said on the phone to you, that's pretty rude of a friend to do.
