Is this an OK workout for my goal?
This workout is great. Just make sure you make it even as in workout your entire body. At 13 you are still quite young and your body is not done developing so you don't want to go over board or you could end up hurting yourself in the long run. Make sure you give your body a break as well. Don't work the same thing on back to back days let it rest for at least a day. Make sure you are taking in adequate amounts of vitamins and minerals. Read labels and figure out replacements for the bad food. Fruits and vegetables are great supplements. You do not need to take protein shakes or weight loss shakes, just stick with your diet and workout plan and drink plenty of water and you will start to see results. Take pictures every month to keep motivated. After your workout drink chocolate milk, it has essential vitamins and minerals your body needs after a workout and it taste great as well.
