Why did Bush turn down a 9/11 Rememberance for the Nation?

Would you want to show your face there if you were him after all that happened on that day? And please, you shouldn't try to speak for all or "most Liberals". Many people despise that guy, and with good reason too, not BS made up crap like the GOPers do with Obama. He took things too lightly as if everything was a dam joke. You can't play with people's lives like that. Puffing and sticking his chest out (like a wannabe John Wayne) to foreigners didn't solve Jack, it just made things worse for this country. Bush didn't really scare anybody, as much as he and the sheep GOPers wanted and want to believe. There are a lot of Whites in politics that are intentionally avoiding being anywhere where President Obama and the First Lady are. It's nothing new, and is actually expected from some for very obvious reasons.
