I only remember the music video, and not the song! Help please!?

Hello! I'm looking for a song my sister and I listened to a long time ago. The thing is, that I don't remember anything from the song except the music video. It's about a heartbroken rodent in a small spaceship in space and he's singing. While he's in space he gets hit by meteorites which he has to avoid. Everytime a meteorite strikes him, he loses a health point which is shown as tiny hearts in the corner. The song is about him singing a self-written song to his loved one.
