As for "whipping" by the President, perhaps you could look at it that way since he kept on both of the House leaders to prevent a government shutdown and they managed it. How many sets of vaccinations does my puppy need?

He has gotten 3 sets already. He had his 3rd set yesterday and he is 14 weeks old. He is getting the rabies shot at 16 weeks old but after I got the 3rd set, my vet told me that I should come back in three weeks for the rabies shot and all the other shots (parvo, distemper, etc) Is it okay to skip that 4th set of shot? but only have the rabies shot at 16 weeks old + annually. He has gotten his 3rd set, so is it safe to bring my puppy outside and around the corner??? :D

Clean Algae off Tank?

I am not to sure about what to use I have a 55 gallon tank and I have this little sponge thing that I use to wipe my tank down I do have a pleco in it. The best way to control algae is to have the light on during the day and turn it off at night. I dont know if you know but plecos are nocturnal which means are more active at night. I feed mine 2 algae tablets every night when I turn out the lights. Mine is very big.

I'm 14 and transgender and I wanted really bad to self-medicate myself and was very close to doing so but decided against it because of the HUGE risks involved. Is denying water to employees at work illegal?

I work at a supermarket and they have recently re-instated a rule that says baggers/carriage people can't have water while they are working. i personally have a problem because these baggers have one hour shifts outside helping customers with their bags and retrieving carriages. on top of that the Company just changed our uniforms, they now have to wear BLACK shirts under heavy red aprons under a security vest (relatively lightweight ones). the new rule states that they can only have water when on break, however shouldn't they be allowed water when they're outside, seeing that we're hitting our summer months and it's already hot. just curious about this.

I need help with my dad making me do martial arts?

i've been doing korean martial arts for six years and i just received my black belt (cho dan) with months of hard work. he's basically been forcing me to go for the past years, he even did martial arts after me, hes now been doing it for four years. we've discussed this before but he just hates the idea that i don't want to do it anymore or even that i just want to do it less. it makes me so angry and sad that this art takes up most of my during school days to do other things like maybe do homework at decent time. as a matter of fact i want to learn other martial arts even. at my studio we do lot and lot of forms and robotic defensive techniques and knife defenses where they attempt to strike you with one technique and stop for you so you can do whatever you want to them. i've sparred with my friends who have minimal training and lose. dad tells me that when i become a dan i start to realize the applications of forms but does it seriously take 6 years of training to learn how to defend yourselves. i know you have to imagine opponents but it comes nothing close to the real thing. i want to become the worlds best martial artist but i think i need far more diversity of skills. we live far from our dojang so as soon as we get home from school i have to get ready and leave. my dads just an angry guy, idk i guess i have no choice but to be a shrimp and just give up my dreams and have no skills in combat but i would really appreciate it if my problem can be solved some how.

Twisted shoulder about 2 years ago and it still hurts?

About 2 years ago I hurt my shoulder going down my driveway on rollerblades. I ran into my little brothers skateboard ramp and grabbed onto it so I wouldn't fall, but that backfired on me. I grabbed the corner and then fell and twisted my shoulder. I was in a sling for a week and they said to come back within a week if it wasn't better; I didn't. It's been almost 2 years now and it still hurts and its getting worse. Could there possibly be damage or an injury to my shoulder? What kind of damage or injury could I have caused? Thanks!

Screen Size on wii...?

I've accidently sat on my wii control (my dog has also) many times. If it's tapping when it gets hot that's usually a loose push rod.I imagine your book has the procedure for a dry lifter adjustment(no oil in the tappets)?Wet adjustment uses the same procedure for putting the engine a TDC on the compression stroke.Then loosen the push rod til it has plenty of shake.Then lengthen it til it has no shake.At this point i mark the push rod and a flat on the adjustment screw with a sharpie pen.Then lengthen the push rod 4 full turns.Then using your third arm,lol,tighten the jam nut while holding the push rod and adjuster screw with 2 wrenches.do the other push rod the same way.Then wait til you can turn both push rods with your fingers(this is important!).That way you know they have bled down.Then rotate the engine and do the other cylinder.Wait til they bleed down too before you turn the engine again.If your used to doing solids you'll have no trouble.Just be sure it's exactly 4 turns and be sure the engine is stone cold when you adjust themEdit i forgot to mention... you ask about heeling and toeing the cam.That isn't needed.Just roll it over til the lifters at at their lowest point(heel of the cam).

my mom & I got into a fight at my aunts house, my mom threw a shoe at me and it hit the TV. Her Tv frame got a dent in it the corner of her huge flat screen tv. But later my aunt claimed i wrote a quote on my FB status that was directed to her, in which i swear to god it had no refrence to my aunt. I sent her a text to clear up the stupid rumor, said some nice things: i love u, never would i try to blow this whole thing out of porportion, that quote wasn't directed to anyone, all i want is peace etc. Around this same time my mom had already paid my aunt 1,000 dollars for the TV. But my aunt never told my mom she had already got it fixed for 100 dollars. So my aunts mother called my mom to tell her to come get the 1,000 dollars back. Mind u my mom called my aunt to apologize like so many times, I even tried getting her attention with the text. And it return my aunt just straight up ignored my mom and I. Now this happened in april, and now tonight my Aunt FINALLLYY sends my mom a text and says hey theres this party tonight and that they are having a party at her house tomorrow night and that we should come(becuz my mom and her are party buddy's). BUT my mom and her never cleared the air, and never got to talk things out. So is it fair, that after you done something wrong and pay for damages when she already got it fixed and could not even call to say: don't worry, just pay for the damages which is just 100 dollars. when my mom sent 1,000.(though we got the money back cuz of my aunts mom) is it still right for you to call and call and call to reach out to someone and apologize and they just sit there and ignore on purpose. Spiders and other bugs dead?

I live in what is called a "garden view" apartment. That means the bottom half of the apartment is underground and the bottom of the windows are level with the parking lot. I enjoy living here and I realize that bugs come with any apartment, especially garden view. I have ran into a few spiders but nothing major. And all of the spiders are different. I have not seen 2 of the same kind of spider. The biggest ones seem to enjoy my bathroom, the small ones that have longer legs (but not daddy long legs) move very fast and they are very hard to see because they are so light, they enjoy hiding under things that are in corners or up against the wall. The past few weeks I have been rearranging my living room and I have noticed A LOT of dead spiders in between the carpet and the wall. I have found about 10. I have never bombed my apartment because I am a single parent and have my 1 year old all the time so I do not know what is killing them. The dead spiders are a nice size, about the size of a nickel some are the size of a dime. My fear, and question is this: are they dying because a bigger spider is killing them and I just haven't seen it yet? Another question, and fear is: Did they lay eggs (i really don't care if it is called "eggs" or not, it all freaks me out) somewhere in my apartment and that is why they are dying? The do not just die anywhere, i always find them where the carpet ends and the wall begins. And I don't see them until I get down there with my vacuum attachments. As far as I can tell me nor my son have been bitten and I have lived here since october. I just want to know why these spiders are dying. Any help would be great! sorry this is so long. I was hired on to a job in Kansas, March 7 2011. My primary job was to be a "palletizer". I worked being a palletizer for 3 months. There were things I needed to work on but got better in the end. Once I got better, my company told me that I was to cross train to "bagger, sewer" as part of the agreement to be having a title, "bagger, sewer, paletizer". For two weeks I trained being a bagger, sewer and as of today, being the last of those two weeks, they let me go for not being fast enough for the job. Can you be fired for calling in sick 4 times in over a year?

I have been working as a courtesy clerk (bagger) at a grocery store for about a year and 2 or 3 months now. Recently, I called in sick for the fourth time ever. My manager told me that I call in too much and that its "always on shifts where she really needs me". She told me if I didn't show up or get the shift covered, she would take me off the schedule permanently. I wasn't able to get the shift covered, and felt too ill to go to work that day. I feel this is unreasonable as I am never late, have never had consecutive sick days, and am generally a good employee. Some of my friends who work with me used to call in about once or twice a month, have had no call, no shows, and are frequently late, yet they still have thier jobs and were getting more hours than I was while working there. My main question is if this seems reasonable, and if not, what should I do about it?

How can I be 'faster' at this process?

I work at a grocery store in the Grocery department. We have 13 aisles, plus a front corner of the store that has a ton of beer and wine there, plus the endcap displays of all 13 aisles on the front and back sides of the store. Basically, because of the way the company has igone with a new timekeeping system, we are now limited to two employees to block/front and face the store. Meaning we go through and pull 2 of each item to the front of shelf so that when you look down the aisle, everything is in a straight line. If a customer picks up one item, there is still another right there behind it. The problem: My employer only gives us two people to do this at night. They theoretically want us to do it first thing when we come in for the afternoon shift. They basically want more than half of the store straightened by 2 people in 2 hours (one hour for each employee). Well, I usually come in at 3pm and start on the endcaps and perimeter (their procedure - in case the district manager pops in, he walks around the perimeter of the store). I start at 3 and do this all day for my job, basically. Usually nobody else helps me until 7 or 8pm. By that time, the customers shopping the aisles I have straightened have destroyed it again, as if it was never done. It's a losing battle most of the time. My managers seem to think I should be able to straighten 13 aisles in this matter in a manner of 2 hours. Even their fastest employee couldn't get half of that done in 2 hours...he would need at least 3-4. Any suggestions as to how to deal with this situation without causing a problem? How can I be 'faster' if I'm already working as fast as I can?

so about a month and a half ago i started to get little bumps in the corner of my mouth only on the top lip they eventually spread and became very dry and my top lip swelled up this went on for a couple weeks till it was completely gone. and just today i have noticed another tiny little bump in the same place. very unnotacible i only felt it when i licked my lips. it is on the top lip again. I have been with my bf for 2 years and we have discused this and he has not had anything or any symtoms like i have had. although last time i got the bumps on my lip it was a few days after i had went to a party and was sharing drinks, and shot glasses with people. Do you think its herpes? also last time the bumps happend i had been out in the sun alot tanning, and just recently a few days ago and today i was out for a couple hours tanning in the sun. Well, it sorta all started out like a year ago. My dad had taken some private golf lessons and my mom, me, and my brother did too, when my dad suggested that he was good. Well, for some reason, my mom just got involved in talking with him. She would text him all the time, like everyday, and they haven't known each other for very long. He would always tell her his personal problems, and when she told me some of what he told her, she would always say,"Don't tell your dad." i would ask why, and she would, kinda hesitantly, say that he would think its weird, but for some reason i didn't believe her. And then one day i told her he had a Facebook. She acted sorta surprised and i guess happy. So she started getting onto Facebook a lot (and she used to never care about it). Now, when she gets on, she wont let me see what shes doing on there. She'll turn the phone away so i can't see, or she'll sit in a corner when shes on her phone. :( I need to know. I think i'm just being paranoid about it, but i wanna make sure. I don't wanna ask my dad if he noticed anything, cause i don't wanna make him worry. My fish's tail is damaged and it always floats to the top...?

Earlier this week, my sister's coworker moved and didn't want to take her 20 gallon fish tank with her, so I took it. There is an angelfish in there whose fins got tattered in the move, but it seems comfortable enough. The tank was pretty empty, so I moved my 7 danios into it. After a few days, the fish seem to be getting along just fine, but I've just noticed that one of the danio's tails is damaged, and it seems to involuntarily float upwards. It also tends to drift, still involuntarily, towards the filter, at which point it gets scared and rushes away to the bottom, and the cycle repeats. Eventually, it finds its way to the far corner and just sits there until something spooks it. A few things worry me- why is it floating? What can I do about it? I've put a small mesh thing in for raising fries that I got when one of the danios laid eggs (none of the males were mature enough to fertilize them, though) that it could swim into, but I didn't want to force it to stay in such a small space. I've also added lots of plants for cover, but it keeps floating, so it can't hide in them. Perhaps more importantly, why did this happen? Did its tail get torn because of the move? It isn't the smallest of the danios and it is only slightly smaller than the fish that were in the tank before. The angelfish is still only about three inches long. I thought it would be safe, but maybe it isn't? Should I move the danios back to their 10 gallon tank?

How to handle temper tantrums from a 3 year old?

Oh boy have his tantrums really gotten out of control... And they are getting so bad that he sometimes hurts himself. today he got angry, threw himself down and hit the back of his head really hard on the corner of our entertainment center, now he has a huge knot and a big cut in the center. i totally agree with time outs and such, but sometimes with him, he gets so upset and so wild with his tantrum that I fear he is going to hurt himself or his 1 year old brother really bad, so instead of jumping right to discipline I first sit and hold him and try to get him to calm down. I have had him for a few weeks now. He used to swim all over in the front of the tank. A few days ago he started sitting at the top in the back corner where the filter is. He swims around at feeding time but goes back to that spot. I don't know if he is hiding or sick? He just doesn't seem to be his happy slef. He was eating betta pellets and blood worms and I just got some tropical fish flake food. Was I feeding him the wrong thing and it making him sick? He has lots of places to swim and hide because my tank has a huge fake tree trunk and plants. It is 16 gallons and he shares it with a platy. I don't think the platy could be bothering him but who knows, the tank has been running for two months and I do weekly water changes also.

What can you do if a landlord moves your stuff out of your room without letting you know?

I went down to mexico for 2 days for 4th of july weekend. I just got home, and discovered all my stuff was taken out of my room, and put in the living room. Now one of the other people that live here already moved into that room. He said that the landlord is the one that took it out. She had given me a verbal notice on june 5 to move out on june 30. There was never a lease signed but it became month to month. She knew I was going to be moving out on july 6 because I'm moving to vegas. She doesn't want to give back my deposit and says I owe money because its past the 1st of the month. I know I have 5 days to give her the money. She has always been going into my room with out any real reason. I've asked her to stay out because she still does it. She had beds in the room already, but ended up partly destroying the walls. Now she says in order for me to get my deposit back she will have to inspect the room for any damages. (note, The carpets where already semi dirty) Now I have no place to sleep other on the floor in the living room in the corner. What can I do???

Do I have a bad mother for leaving us?

When my dad died last year from a heart attack, my mom just left us. me and my sister where left alone in the house for a year. Mom gave us all her money to pay for bills and food, and she just left us and flew to Utah to her sisters. for a YEAR, my sister was my mom, she took care of me and everything. thank god she took classes in health and carrier education and family care. we both got jobs, I had to lie and say I was 16 when I was 14 (i am turning 15 this year) to work as a grocery bagger in the winter and a carnival worker in the summer, my sister went full time as a worker at whole foods restocking shelves and being a cashier, she missed a whole year of school but her teacher came over on weekends for free and tutored her. We survived, and brought in enough income to stay in the house. My sisters boyfriend Aaron came over and stayed with us every two weeks, he even put in some of his money. Do I have a bad mom? She does freak out at us a lot since my dad died....I'm not sure. She does have a boyfriend, shes happy around him but when hes gone she cries and sulks. Having problems at work?

I work at the front end of a grocery store as a bagger. According to all the supervisors and managers, I am one of the best they have. Four supervisors had to write a letter of recognition for one employee. All four chose me out of about forty others. So I must be doing something right, Right? Unfortunately, they will not put me on the cash register full time despite the fact I am one of the fastest. I asked them but they said I was the best bagger/cart pusher they had. It upsets me that someone who was there one day longer than me is already a supervisor and several others have moved up to cashier as well. I hate pushing carts all night long and they know this. One of the things all the letters say is how I never complain; however, everyone who complains seems to get what they want. Okay, well I went to a party the other day, and I really like this boy who was going. We talk quite a lot on Facebook, but we've only met once before the party. I supervise a cleaning woman at my non profit agency. We have two bathrooms that she cleans. The bathrooms are used by about 20 women. We have no men there. How to recover Windows Vista?

Okay. Well my dad paid his friend to fix our HP Computer because it was going slow. After he "fixed" it I noticed that the corner of the computer it said wasn't legitimate or something like that. The a couple of days ago when I started up my computer it said that the activation has expired and that I must re-install. So on the hardware monitor there is a sticker of the Windows Vista activation key. When I tried to type it in it said it was wrong so I went to the computer properties and it said Windows 7. I'm guessing this man installed it but it wasn't the actual windows 7. I don't know the activation key to this and my dad hasn't been able to get a hold on him. The computer already came as Windows Vista when we bought it and I don't know if it came with a recovery disk, if it did well I cannot find it. Is there anyway I can go back to Windows Vista without paying anything and still save all my music? Thanks!!!

ANTS in my room!! HELP!?

There are ants in my section of the room. There are no ants near my trash can, its actually on the opposite corner. The ants are near my dresser where there is clothes, and sometimes, its a whole trail of ants! They are little brown tiny things, and they always go up to the window sill. Uncontrollable cursor?

I have a Dell Latitude E4310, and the cursor is continuously shooting to either the top right or the bottom left corner of the screen. This happens if I am using the touch pad on its own or if I have an external mouse plugged into the machine, also if I disable the touch pad when the mouse is plugged in to the machine. is there anything that can be done to fix this problem? thanks.

Is it my radiator cap?

SO...I drive a 1997 Plymouth Neon 4 door...I have been having problems with my car over heating recently. At first I thought it was the cool/heat gauge itself because my speed gauge goes out sometimes. So it was showing that my engine was running hot. Then I noticed that I had a trail of liquid coming from under my car to the back and around the corner of where I park. So I looked under my car and under my hood, and I saw that something was leaking. I thought it might be water from the AC drip line because I live in Arizona, and have been running it a lot since it is 115F here regularly. But it was a huge puddle. So I stuck my thumb in it and tasted it, and sure enough it was super sweet, so obviously it was engine coolant. I spoke with a friend who is a mechanic and he says it might be the radiator cap, because that is what allows the flow of engine coolant from the reservoir into the engine and back. The weird thing is, is that if I just run to the store that's a mile away, it doesn't over heat, and the reservoir has just a little in it. But if I drive say 5 plus miles, the car starts to over heat, and when I stop to check the engine, the reservoir is full of engine coolant and is boiling. So I think that what is happening is that when I drive a short distance the engine coolant is staying in the engine, but when I drive far, its being let back into the reservoir and not back into the engine. Which would in turn prove why it was leaking, or more so a over flow from the reservoir when the engine coolant was let back in. The reservoir itself isn't leaking, I have already checked. So it must just be an over flow. I also don't think that its the thermostat because from my prior knowledge, if that had malfunctioned, wouldn't it just turn all the way open so that the coolant can still run throughout the engine? I'm not a mr.fix-it on cars, but I would like a few other opinions please.

I can't make up my mind. Both of them are in great condition. My 4th generation whole left bottom corner is cracked and the home button is janky (its cracked yet you can still touch the screen and all). but theres no camera on the 2 and 3g D: lol whats your opinion?

Ink coming out of my tattoo?

They told me to put Aquaphor healing ointment on it for 2 weeks & keep it out of the sun.I'm a bagger/cashier so I'll be in the sun a little getting carts. Plus I live in Florida. It's hotter than a ***** outside.. I was wondering if I should cover it with a bandaide? would that take the ink off?? cuz this morning when I was taking a shower I covered it with a bandaide when I took it off there was black ink. I don't know if it's from my tattoo or just the rest of the outline?

Why is my guppies floating about in the same corner?

I have been observing my guppies for almost 6h straight! I found that the males are realy active.. Or atleast the shy one.. Realy wories me.. The rest (3) just float about in the corner.. Have a realy expencive filter.. More then enought 02 in the water.. Have no clue what the pH is.. I am abit woried about that but didnt get time to check that yet.. 160L tank.. I hav basicly only added Prime(seachem) .. Im new to this hobby.. They arent gasping for air though.. Am i puting them through torture by nt being sure about the pH??? Do I have a mental illness?

For the past 6 months I have been feeling really differently, I have severe mood swings i dont notice until friends or relatives tell me it, I get really angry at little things and start yelling uncontrollably, then another day I am all depressed and sad and then I am only happy if good things happen to me. I cannot control my emotions most the time, I've not been going to school the past couple of weeks and am resorting to Alcahol and sometimes even take my brothers concerta medication. I lose interest in the things i like then regain interest another day. I feel an enourmous amount of mental pressure sometimes and think that I am guilty. I sometimes hear weird noises from various directions, and then look in the direction to see nothing there. Sometimes i can also see very short flashes in the corner of my eyes and make it out to be cockroaches or spiders. Sometimes at night when I'm in bed i think there are insects crawling under my quilt or pillow and i get up lots of times to turn the light on and find nothing there. Sometimes i sleep like a baby. I sometimes get paranoid on little things as well. I am an 18 year old male, and i know that was a lot of detail, but would like an idea of what's wrong with me? thankyou

Feels like something is stuck in my eye?

For almost 3 weeks now it feels as if there is something stuck in the corner of my eye, there is a little bit of redness only because i keep blinking, no blurred vision, it feels "sticky"? no crust, none of that, i went to the eye dr when it first started, they found nothing but gave me some drops to put in my eye, i felt better for a few days then it returned, i cant find anything in there, but its sticky and feels like something is, like something goopy or a tiny hair, HELP please its super annoying!!!!!
